• Extensive experience in Defence or Secure Government sectors.
• Proven senior leadership track record with growth, P&L, and team oversight.
• Success in winning and delivering major programmes and strategic pursuits.
• Strong commercial acumen with risk management and profitability focus.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics, competitors, and positioning strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Defense market strategy aligned with regional & global objectives.
• Build and sustain senior executive relationships across host nation Defence ministries, OEMs, and D&B contractors.
• Own market financial performance including revenue, EBITDA, and margin targets; lead forecasting and pipeline management.
• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team; align resources with growth forecasts.
• Oversee risk, governance, and compliance while driving cross-functional collaboration and thought leadership.
