Job summary

Infosys in Dammam, Saudi Arabia is seeking a experienced Data Scientist specializing in Gen AI/LLMs to design and deploy AI-driven solutions. You will work on prompt frameworks, AI logic, and leverages vector databases, with a focus on scaling and validating AI outputs for business use cases.

The role requires 4+ years in Data Science / Applied AI, strong NLP and RAG-based architecture knowledge, and the ability to translate business rules into AI logic.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on expertise in Gen AI / LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Gen AI-powered models and prompt frameworks.
• Implement Gen AI analysis results.
• Develop AI logic to identify repeated items across data sources and detect systemic issues and patterns.
• Build quality analysis and scoring models (0–100%) based on predefined criteria.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to access structured and unstructured data.
• Utilize vector databases for semantic search and contextual retrieval.
• Refine AI outputs via user query analysis, UAT feedback, prompt optimization and model fine-tuning.
• Support go‑live validation, performance monitoring, and AI accuracy improvements post-deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop Gen AI-powered models and prompt frameworks
• Implement Gen AI analysis results

• Collaborate with Data Engineers to:

Required

• Experience working with vector databases and RAG-based architecture.
• Proven ability to translate business rules and evaluation frameworks into AI logic
• Strong analytical and explain ability mindset able to justify AI outputs to business stakeholders.

Desirable

• Experience in enterprise assessment, audit, or performance management systems
• Exposure to SAP-integrated AI solutions
