Job summary

KALSOFT is seeking a Data Privacy Specialist in Riyadh to support the privacy program, ensuring PDPL compliance and strong data protection controls. You will lead DPIAs, ROPA, DSR processes and vendor privacy reviews, while coordinating cross-border transfer assessments and privacy reporting.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience, Arabic and English fluency, and hands-on work with Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365 compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years in Data Privacy/Data Protection.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi PDPL.
• Practical experience with ROPA, DPIA and DSR.
• Experience in vendor privacy assessments and privacy compliance reviews.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview is required.
• Fluent English and Arabic.
• CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, CDPSE or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor privacy and PDPL requirements.
• Develop and maintain ROPA (Records of Processing Activities).
• Conduct DPIs and Data Subject Rights handling.
• Manage Data Subject Rights requests.
• Support privacy breach assessments and investigations.
• Conduct privacy assessments of third-party vendors.
• Support cross-border data transfer assessments.
• Maintain privacy risk registers and evidence.
• Support Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365 compliance activities.
• Prepare privacy reports, KPIs and awareness/training material.
