Job summary

Takamol Holding is seeking a Data Privacy Senior Specialist to design, implement, and monitor the company’s personal data protection program, ensuring compliance with PDPL and its implementing regulations, and alignment with SDAIA and NDMO controls.

Reporting to the Data Management Senior Director, you will safeguard sensitive information, embed privacy-by-design across processing activities, and promote a culture of data protection throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of experience in data protection/privacy within regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of data privacy principles (minimization, purpose limitation, lawful basis, accountability).
• Experience implementing DPIAs and privacy-by-design; certifications preferred.
• CIPM, CIPP/E or equivalent; CDMP/DAMA an advantage.
• Knowledge of PDPL, NDMO, and SDAIA standards.
• Conduct privacy risk assessments, DPIAs, and audits.
• Data classification and protection controls.
• Familiarity with privacy management tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and advisory skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Project management and documentation.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Management Information System, Data Science or a related field.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in data protection, data privacy, risk management, or data security within a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of core data privacy principles such as data minimization, purpose limitation, lawful basis, and accountability.
• Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining data protection policies, procedures, and standards, including DPIAs and privacy-by-design. Certifications (preferred).
• CIPM, CIPP/E, or equivalent privacy certification; CDMP/DAMA an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of PDPL, NDMO, and SDAIA standards.
• Conducting privacy risk assessments, DPIAs, and audits.
• Data classification and personal data protection controls.
• Familiarity with data privacy management tools.
