Job summary

Secure Maximum Company is seeking a Data Governance Engagement Specialist to provide expertise in data governance domains, develop policies and processes, and engage with business units to elicit information and manage relationships with data champions, stewards and custodians. The role is based in Riyadh and focuses on onboarding DG platforms and strengthening governance across data assets.

The successful candidate will collaborate across ARB, drive governance initiatives, and help the business

Qualifications

• Understanding of data governance theories and practical application.
• Knowledge of data lifecycle as it flows across an organization.
• Ability to translate technical terminology for business teams and back.
• Ability to visualise and describe data insights to stakeholders at the appropriate level.
• Experience designing and delivering awareness sessions and training on data topics.
• Knowledge of Saudi data laws and related regulations.
• Skill in engaging, building relationships, and managing stakeholders over time.
• Ability to identify imperatives and plan for the future with risk-aware thinking.

• 1 Implement DG processes and services Following the defined processes identifying areas for improvements and managing service delivery
• 2 Engage with the business and harvest information At the front-line engaging with business teams building relationships and eliciting information
• 3 Onboarding and building DG capability across ARB Onboarding business teams to DG platforms practices and helping them to govern their data better

Specialist Skills

• 1 Data Governance Theoretical and practical understanding of data governance methodologies and practices
