Job summary

Norconsult Telematics seeks an experienced Data Center Architect to lead planning, deployment, and hosting environments for scalable facilities. You will oversee capacity forecasting and benchmark studies to align with Telco IT and AI initiatives.

The role requires deep expertise in DC facilities, networks, and MSAs, with strong vendor management and executive communication. Fluency in English is essential for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor in Engineering or Telecommunication.
• 10+ years of proven experience in planning, design, and implementation of data center facilities and networks.
• Experience crafting RFPs and detailed BoQs for complex network elements.
• Strong hands-on experience with network automation and orchestration technologies.
• Solid understanding of MSAs, contractual structures, and vendor management.
• Ability to align infrastructure strategies with business goals.
• Proficient in executive-level presentations and management reporting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data center forecasting capacity planning and demand management.
• Define comprehensive deployment plans, service product scopes, and strict technical specifications.
• Manage data center facility reservations, space allocation, and hosting environments.
• Conduct data center strategy reviews and benchmark studies for future-proof facilities.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor infrastructure health and inform decisions.
• Oversee billing, invoicing, and project controls to ensure on-time delivery.
• Review MSAs and vendor contracts to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
• Drive continuous process improvement and maintain high QA standards.
