Job summary

Total-TECH Co in Jeddah is seeking a data analytics professional to lead extraction, automation, and governance across member data, campaigns, and reporting. You will design automated data pipelines, build Power BI dashboards, and ensure data quality and segmentation to drive marketing effectiveness.

The role demands strong Excel and Cognos experience, AB testing know-how, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and IT teams. English proficiency is essential; Arabic preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Analytics.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting.
• Hands-on experience extracting and reporting data using IBM Cognos.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and pivot tables.
• Proven experience developing Power BI dashboards, data models, DAX measures, and scheduled data refreshes.
• Experience automating data extraction, transformation, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
• Working knowledge of A/B testing, control group design, campaign attribution, and conversion analysis.
• Experience analyzing marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, and conversion funnels.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with business stakeholders, marketing teams, and technical teams.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is preferred.
• Commitment to data confidentiality, secure data handling, and compliance with data protection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Extract and consolidate policy and purchase data from IBM Cognos and Excel sources.
• Build automated data pipelines using Power Query and Power BI dataflows.
• Maintain daily master trackers for purchases, eligibility, and expirations.
• Prepare daily target member lists and track campaigns across SMS, IVR, and push notifications.
• Design AB tests and control groups; measure attribution and incremental impact of communications.
• Validate data quality, perform de-duplication, and reconcile datasets.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor conversion, campaigns, and KPIs.
• Segment by demographics and region to optimize targeting strategies.
• Coordinate with tech teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns and resolve issues.
• Document data governance, archives, and reference tables; ensure data security.
