شركة رائدة في التجارة في الرياض تعلن عن وظيفة محلل بيانات للانضمام إلى فريق البيانات. ستدعم الإدارة العليا في تحليل أداء الأعمال وإعداد التقارير الدورية وتطوير لوحات معلومات متقدمة لدعم اتخاذ القرارات عبر جميع الفروع. يتطلب الدور درجة بكاليوس في علم البيانات وإجادة SQL وPower BI، بالإضافة إلى مهارات قوية في التحليل المالي وإعداد الميزانيات.

Qualifications

• درجة بكاليوس في علم البيانات أو نظم المعلومات أو الاقتصاد أو إدارة الأعمال.
• إجادة SQL وPower BI؛ معرفة بلغة Python أو DAX تكون مفضلة.
• مهارات قوية في التحليل المالي والتخطيط والميزانية.

Responsibilities

• تحليل الأداء المبيعاتي والتشغيلي عبر جميع الفروع وتقديم رؤى لتحسين النتائج.
• تحديد الأهداف المبيعاتية ومراقبة تحقيقها على مستوى الفروعة والفئات.
• المساهمة في إعداد الميزانيات السنوية والتخطيط المالي بالتعاون مع الأقسام ذات الصلة.

Overview

Job Posting – Data Analyst | Deraah Company. Deraah Company announces a vacancy for a Data Analyst to join its data team at its headquarters in Riyadh.

This role aims to support senior management in analyzing business and operational performance, preparing periodic reports, planning budgets and targets, and building advanced analytics and dashboards to support decision-making across all company branches (900+ branches).

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales and operational performance across all branches and provide insights to improve results.
• Set sales targets and monitor their achievement at the branch and category levels.
• Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and financial planning in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and interactive analytical reports for executive management.
• Build data models and analyze monthly and seasonal trends.
• Integrate data from multiple systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MSD365), Salesforce, and Excel. Ensure data accuracy and quality within a data governance framework.
• Contribute to the development and analysis of the company\'s overall performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration, or Statistics.
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI; knowledge of Python or DAX is preferred.
• Strong skills in financial analysis, planning, budgeting, and target setting.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Platform and Microsoft Fabric fundamentals.
• Strong skills in quantitative analysis and data visualization.
• Basic understanding of data management and data quality concepts.
• Location: Riyadh – Head Office.
