The Cybersecurity Offense Specialist will conduct advanced penetration tests, document findings, and collaborate with defensive teams to enhance detections and response against sophisticated threats.

The role requires 3–5 years in offensive security and certifications like OSCP/CRTO/eCPPT, with additional preferred credentials to deepen red team expertise.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in offensive security.
• At least one certification OSCP/CRTO/eCPPT or equivalent.
• Preferred: OSEP, OSWE, GXPN, GWAPT, GPEN, or CRTP/CRTE for advanced red team depth.

Responsibilities

• Execute offensive security assessments (red teaming, adversary simulation, pentesting).
• Conduct app, cloud, API, and payment platform testing to validate exploitability.
• Perform advanced pentesting and review source code to find vulnerabilities.
• Maintain offensive tooling and lab environments with strict engagement rules.
