Overview

As we continue to expand globally, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative (Remote) based in the MENA region to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced, healthcare-focused environment. Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for client and customer inquiries via email, chat, or other digital channels
  • Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses to questions related to services, campaigns, or accounts
  • Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when needed
  • Communication & Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, project management, and technical teams to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Communicate updates, feedback, and recurring issues to internal stakeholders
  • Quality & Customer Experience: Ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience aligned with PulseMediaNL’s brand values
  • Handle customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Support retention by building strong, trust-based customer relationships
  • Process & Performance: Follow internal workflows, response-time guidelines, and service standards
  • Contribute ideas to improve customer service processes and efficiency
  • Help maintain accurate records in CRM or customer support systems
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with company services, healthcare industry standards, and internal tools
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings
  • Learn from feedback and actively work on personal and professional development
Qualifications
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, support, or a client-facing role
  • Experience in remote or digital customer support is a plus
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or a related field
  • Equivalent practical experience will also be considered
