Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client and customer inquiries via email, chat, or other digital channels
  • Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses to questions related to services, campaigns, or accounts
  • Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when needed
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, project management, and technical teams to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Communicate updates, feedback, and recurring issues to internal stakeholders
  • Ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience aligned with PulseMediaNL’s brand values
  • Handle customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Support retention by building strong, trust-based customer relationships
  • Follow internal workflows, response-time guidelines, and service standards

Experience
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, support, or a client-facing role
  • Experience in remote or digital customer support is a plus
Education
