We are currently looking for a CRM Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling our revenue operations systems with a strong focus on HubSpot. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless data flow, process efficiency, and system alignment across the customer journey. Your expertise in HubSpot will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities
HubSpot System Management
  • Administer and optimize HubSpot CRM (Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs).
  • Set up and manage custom properties, workflows, lifecycle stages, and access roles.
  • Ensure clean and scalable data structures across contacts, companies, deals, and tickets.
Automation & Process Optimization
  • Design workflows for lead scoring, routing, lifecycle transitions, and sales automation.
  • Build and maintain sequences for outbound, nurturing, and reactivation campaigns.
  • Implement logic to eliminate bottlenecks across the GTM funnel.
Data Enrichment & Hygiene
  • Connect and manage enrichment tools (e.g., Clearbit, LinkedIn, Apollo) to auto-fill firmographic and behavioral data.
  • Enforce processes for de-duplication, normalization, and segmentation.
  • Ensure data quality drives better targeting, personalization, and reporting.
AI-Driven Enablement
  • Deploy AI assistants for tasks like smart follow-ups, email personalization, and churn prediction.
  • Leverage HubSpot AI and external tools to surface insights and automate decision support.
  • Evaluate emerging RevOps AI tools and pilot relevant ones in coordination with GTM teams.
Attribution & Analytics
  • Build multi-touch attribution frameworks that track source-to-close performance.
  • Set up dashboards for team productivity, revenue forecasting, conversion metrics, and campaign ROI.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure UTM consistency and accurate source attribution.
Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Serve as the systems partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
  • Support internal users with onboarding, documentation, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations.
Tool Stack & Integrations
  • Manage integrations between HubSpot and tools like WhatsApp, Typeform, Stripe, LinkedIn, and BI dashboards.
  • Build and maintain automations via Zapier, Make.com, or custom APIs to connect GTM tools.
  • Recommend improvements to the RevOps tech stack based on business needs.
What We Expect from You in the First 90 Days
  1. Conduct full audit of HubSpot setup and implement quick wins.
  2. Launch data enrichment for key segments to reach >90% completeness.
  3. Automate lead routing, scoring, and lifecycle handovers.
  4. Build real-time dashboards with attribution and lifecycle metrics.
  5. Deploy at least one AI use case that improves GTM execution or insights.
Must-Haves
  • 2–4 years of hands‑on HubSpot experience (admin‑level), especially in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM best practices, data models, and automation logic.
  • Experience with lead attribution, enrichment tools, and lifecycle tracking.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for GTM or RevOps (HubSpot AI, ChatGPT, Apollo, Drift).
  • Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience in high‑growth startups or scale‑ups.
  • Knowledge of revenue metrics like CAC, LTV, funnel velocity, and churn.
  • BI/reporting tool experience (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau).
  • Basic SQL or API experience is a plus.
