Job summary

HALA is seeking a motivated Credit Risk Analyst Intern (Fresh Graduate) to join its growing fintech team in Riyadh. You will gain hands-on exposure to credit risk assessment, financial analysis, and SME underwriting under supervision.

Responsibilities include reviewing applications, basic financial analysis, data entry, and contributing to dashboards while learning internal risk frameworks and policies in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Recently graduated or final-year student in finance or related field.
• Strong interest in finance, credit risk and fintech.
• Basic understanding of financial concepts (income, expenses, debt).
• Proficiency with MS Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and organizing credit applications.
• Support basic financial analysis and data gathering.
• Identify missing information and coordinate with teams.
• Maintain records of applications and decisions.
• Prepare basic dashboards or summaries.
• Learn internal credit policies and risk frameworks.
• Assist in identifying process improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Risk.
• Exposure to SME underwriting and fintech risk practices.
• Receive mentorship from experienced risk professionals.
