Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist management in reviewing operating/financial issues and ensuring accuracy of postings.
• Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute financial reports, invoices, and account statements.
• Respond to and resolve questions from Marriott's Shared Service Center/guest, credit card companies, and banks; conduct credit checks as directed.
• Follow up and resolve past due accounts; manage collections where applicable.
• Train, evaluate, counsel, and motivate employees; protect company assets and confidentiality.
