FLOW Medical Solutions is pleased to announce an opportunity to join the FLOW & GROW Development Program, designed to develop the next generation of creative professionals in healthcare technology marketing and communications.

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and creative graduates who are passionate about visual storytelling, photography, videography, and digital content creation.

The trainee will gain hands‑on experience supporting media production activities across corporate, marketing, and event communications, while working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic healthcare technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photos and videos for corporate and marketing initiatives
• Support coverage of events, projects, training sessions, and company activities
• Edit and produce engaging video content for digital platforms
• Create branded visual assets for internal and external communications
• Assist in managing media libraries and digital content archives
• Support social media and marketing content development
• Duration: 6 Months
• Location: FLOW Medical Solutions HQ, Riyadh

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Photography, Videography, Media Production, Multimedia, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Not currently employed
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
• Eligible for Tamheer program requirements (for Tamheer applicants)

Preferred Skills

• Photography and videography techniques
• Camera operation, lighting, audio, and visual composition
• Image editing using Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom
• Basic motion graphics and social media content formats
• Creative storytelling and content creation
• File management and digital asset organization
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is an advantage
