**ROLE PURPOSE** You will be both a hands-on creative leader and a strategic partner, setting creative ambition in line with each client’s brand purpose and building their brand for ‘what’s next’. This could mean shaping the future of their product or service, redefining category dynamics, transforming audience experiences, or sparking cultural conversations that drive fame and impact.As Creative Director with a focus on Copy, you will be the agency’s champion for creative copy excellence, setting the standard for breakthrough thinking and inspiring teams to deliver work that is not only effective, but truly transformative for our clients’ brands. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**Act as a role model and mentor, inspiring teams to push boundaries and deliver work that is bold, original, and culturally resonant. Set and uphold the creative vision for client brands, ensuring all work is aligned with brand purpose and future ambitions. **QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS** Proven experience leading brand and creative strategy at a top-tier agency or brand. Demonstrated ability to build and sustain senior client partnerships (Marketing Director/CMO level). Strong conceptual thinking, storytelling, and craft skills especially across copy. Experience managing and mentoring creative teams.
