Job summary

Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate Co. is seeking a seasoned Content Creator to design and produce high-end visual content for our luxury real estate campaigns.

You will photograph, film, edit, and color-grade multimedia assets that tell compelling project stories across social media, websites, and emails. You will manage production workflows, collaborate with design and marketing teams, and stay ahead of trends with AI-driven techniques while meeting tight deadlines and weekend availability when

Qualifications

• 7 years plus experience as content creator, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Experience in camera operation, DSLR & digital video cameras, sound and light equipment and the overall production process is essential.
• Tech savvy, with considerable knowledge of audio/visual equipment, hardware, software, troubleshooting, and techniques used in video production & editing.
• Execute color grading, correction, and motion graphics to enhance content quality.
• Highly proficient in editing with multiple tools (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut).
• Knowledge of safe work practices, particularly lighting and manual handling.
• Arabic & English speaker.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, create, and manage high-quality visual and video content for social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand’s luxury aesthetic.
• Capture and edit professional-grade photos and videos, including construction progress updates, lifestyle campaigns, and project teasers and launches.
• Utilize advanced editing techniques, including color grading and correction, to enhance content quality and appeal.
• Leverage AI tools and stay updated on AI trends to create cutting-edge visuals (photo and video).
• Collaborate with designers and the marketing team to produce visually stunning assets.
• Organize, archive, and manage all materials, including raw footage and project files, to ensure easy retrieval and workflow efficiency.
• Demonstrate exceptional time management by handling multiple tasks and delivering content on tight deadlines, including same-day turnarounds.
• Continuously explore and implement new technologies, trends, and techniques in content creation to push creative boundaries and maximize efficiency.
• Set up and execute shoots, including professional lighting, audio capture, and shot composition, to meet production briefs.
• Actively contribute as a team player, fostering collaboration and maintaining open communication with stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and ensure content resonates with target audiences.
