• Operate different types of cranes safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance on cranes and report any malfunctions or defects.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operation.
• Keep accurate records of crane usage, maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections to ensure the crane is in proper working condition.
• Lift and move materials according to specifications provided by the construction team.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a crane operator in a construction setting.
• Valid crane operator certification from a recognized institution.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and load charts.
• Familiarity with different types of cranes such as tower, mobile, and overhead cranes.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception.
• Physically fit with the ability to work in various weather conditions.
