Crane Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate different types of cranes such as mobile, tower, and overhead cranes in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform pre-operational checks on the crane and its components to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating the crane.
• Communicate with ground personnel to ensure proper positioning and movement of loads.
• Perform routine maintenance on the crane to keep it in good working condition.
• Report any malfunctions or damages to the crane immediately.
• Adhere to load capacity limits and make necessary adjustments accordingly.
• Keep accurate records of daily activities including lifts made, fuel consumption, and maintenance performed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Crane Operator with at least 2 years of experience.
• Must hold a valid Crane Operator license or certification.
• Knowledge of different types of cranes and their operational techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret load charts.
• Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination for precise movements.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with ground personnel.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed.

Salary & Benefits
