Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Area Maintenance Manager – MFC (Cracker) to lead all maintenance for the Mixed Feed and Steam Cracker area, ensuring safe, reliable operations. You will oversee mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and rotating equipment maintenance, drive planning, CMMS reporting and reliability improvements.

Qualifications

• Saudi Nationals Only
• Hands-on maintenance experience in Ethylene Cracker/MFC units
• Experience managing plant turnarounds, shutdowns, maintenance contracts
• Strong knowledge of gas turbines, compressors, pumps, furnaces, heat exchangers, boilers, columns, piping and critical rotating equipment

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities for the MFC/Steam Cracker area ensuring safe, reliable plant operations
• Manage mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and rotating equipment maintenance
• Ensure effective execution and reporting of maintenance via CMMS
• Support planning, scheduling and reliability teams in optimization and RBI/RCA initiatives
• Lead maintenance planning and execution during turnarounds and major shut downs
• Manage day-to-day maintenance teams and contractors in line with HSE requirements
• Prepare weekly maintenance reports and participate in reviews
• Develop team capability through training in coordination with HR
