This role involves driving commercial growth, managing P&L, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with local regulations while maintaining brand integrity.
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the KSA market strategy in alignment with the mother company’s vision and objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities and market trends to expand market share in the home appliances sector.
  • Represent the company in all local business dealings and maintain strong relationships with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, channel development, and customer engagement.
  • Oversee pricing, promotions, and product positioning to ensure competitiveness in the KSA market.
  • Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
  • Ensure smooth operations across supply chain, logistics, and after-sales service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with HQ for timely replenishment.
  • Implement and maintain quality standards and compliance with KSA regulations.
  • Own the P&L for the KSA subsidiary, ensuring profitability and cost optimization.
  • Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for HQ.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions when needed.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
