Job summary

NEW Alfa International in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Senior Costing & MIS / SAP Costing Professional to manage costing, SAP month-end closing, stock and WIP valuation, and cost audits within the company.

The role requires hands-on experience in standard product costing, BOM/Routing verification, and close collaboration with SAP development teams and cross-functional departments.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Costing, MIS, Inventory Control, and SAP.
• Hands-on experience in standard product costing and SAP costing processes.
• Knowledge of BOM, Routing, WIP & Inventory Valuation.
• Strong understanding of cost analysis, variance analysis, and cost audit.
• Good knowledge of SAP and coordination with SAP development teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage standard costing for new products, including BOM and routing verification.
• Handle monthly SAP costing and closing activities at the company level.
• Prepare and analyze monthly cost sheets, cost elements, and G/L accounts.
• Perform Sales Order Costing for projects as required by management.
• Manage company-level stock inventory and WIP valuation, variance analysis, and consolidation with Accounts.
• Prepare average sales and purchase price reports.
• Verify and release Purchase Orders related to Stock Transfer Orders.
• Prepare and coordinate Cost Audit Reports as per Cost Accounting Standards.
• Coordinate with SAP team for system development, enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Commercial, Stores, Finance, Production & Planning, and other internal departments.

Urgent Hiring Senior Costing & MIS / SAP Costing Professional

We are looking for an experienced Costing & MIS / SAP Costing Professional to manage costing, inventory control, SAP month-end closing, stock & WIP valuation, cost analysis, and cost audit activities at the company level.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage standard costing for new products, including BOM and routing verification.
• Handle monthly SAP costing and closing activities at the company level.
• Prepare and analyze monthly cost sheets, cost elements, and G/L accounts.
• Perform Sales Order Costing for projects as required by management.
• Manage company-level stock inventory and WIP valuation, variance analysis, and consolidation with Accounts.
• Prepare average sales and purchase price reports.
• Verify and release Purchase Orders (POs) related to Stock Transfer Orders (STO).
• Prepare and coordinate Cost Audit Reports in accordance with applicable Cost Accounting Standards.

Candidate Profile

Strong experience in Costing, MIS, Inventory Control, and SAP
Hands-on experience in standard product costing and SAP costing processes
Knowledge of BOM, Routing, WIP & Inventory Valuation
Strong understanding of cost analysis, variance analysis, and cost audit
Good knowledge of SAP and coordination with SAP development teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Manufacturing/Engineering industry experience preferred
