Job description

Our Client, a leading International Consultancy specialising in engineering and project management for the building industry, has recently been awarded one of the largest Healthcare projects in Saudi Arabia.

The project is scheduled to last 3 years and will have several mid-rise Hospitals, Residential facilities, Commercial Facilities, as well as Mosques and Sports Facilities.

They are currently looking for a Cost Control Specialist to join them in the Headquarters in Riyadh and be part of the engineering and management team working on the project. You will need to be based in Riyadh and Middle East experience is a must for this role. Any previous Healthcare project experience will be an advantage.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience and hold a Degree in Engineering from an internationally recognised University. You will have extensive experience in the field of Project Management, Monitoring Project Costs, Contracts Pricing Skills, and reviewing all Change Orders.

Experience in working for Consultancies, Project Management Companies, and Design & Build Companies is essential.
