Responsibilities

• Contact new and existing leads provided by the clinic.
• Handle inbound calls professionally and promptly.
• Clearly explain cosmetic, dermatology, and aesthetic services.
• Convert inquiries into booked consultations and treatment packages.
• Follow up with leads to improve conversion and attendance rates.
• Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
• Accurately update lead status, call outcomes, and bookings in the system.
• Coordinate with reception and medical teams to ensure smooth patient scheduling.
