Confidential is seeking a Director of Corporate PR & Communications to lead the Saudi market's communications strategy and protect the brand's premium position for luxury real estate projects. Based in Riyadh, you will work closely with senior management to shape the voice of a premium brand in one of the world's fastest-growing markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in PR/Comms/Jornalism/Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years in PR and communications with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Background in real estate, luxury, hospitality, or related sectors.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong bilingual writing.

• Develop and lead the annual PR and communications strategy for the KSA market in line with brand standards.
• Build relationships with Saudi, regional and international media in Arabic and English.
• Plan communications for launches, partnerships, sales events, and major exhibitions.
• Position executives through interviews, op-eds, and awards.
• Lead crisis and issues management and protect reputation.
• Manage government-related relationships and key stakeholders in the Kingdom.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and disclosure requirements.
• Oversee PR agencies, freelancers and budgets for the KSA market.
• Measure coverage, share of voice and sentiment to inform future plans.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, an international, publicly listed luxury real estate developer with a growing portfolio of branded residences and hospitality projects across the Middle East, Europe and beyond. As our client grows its presence in the Kingdom, they are looking for a Director of Corporate PR & Communications to be based in Riyadh.

About the Role

The successful candidate will own the communications strategy for the Saudi market, protect and grow the brand's reputation, and make sure every message reflects the premium positioning of the client's projects. The role works closely with senior management and the CEO. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced communications leader to shape the voice of a premium brand in one of the world's fastest-growing real estate markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the annual PR and communications strategy for the KSA market, in line with group objectives and brand standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Saudi, regional and international media, both Arabic and English, and secure high-impact coverage.
• Plan and run communications for project launches, partnerships, sales events and major industry exhibitions.
• Position senior executives as industry voices through interviews, speaking opportunities, op-eds and awards.
• Write, edit and approve bilingual press releases, speeches, talking points, briefing packs and corporate content.
• Lead crisis and issues management, including media monitoring, quick responses and protecting the company's reputation.
• Manage relationships with government-related entities, brand partners and key stakeholders in the Kingdom.
• Make sure all communications comply with Saudi regulations, cultural sensitivities and listed-company disclosure requirements.
• Manage PR agencies, freelancers and the communications budget for the KSA market.
• Measure and report PR results, including coverage, share of voice and sentiment, and use the findings to improve future plans.
