L3Harris Technologies in Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Administrator Finance amp Operations to support the day-to-day operations of its Saudi Arabia corporate office. This position is a multifunctional role responsible for finance administration accounting coordination procurement supply chain support office administration and executive support. The successful candidate will also serve as the primary liaison between the Saudi Arabia office and the L3Harris Global Business Services GBS organization ensuring the efficient coordination of accounting payroll procurement financial reporting and administrative activities. The role requires a proactive professional with strong accounting and business administration skills capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with functional teams. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with Saudi regulations L3Harris corporate policies US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act FCPA requirements and corporate governance standards.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in finance, accounting, administration, or business operations.
Experience working for a multinational company, preferably a U.S. organization.
Experience supporting Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services organizations.
Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll coordination, and financial administration.
Experience in procurement and supply chain administration.
Experience working with ERP systems.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Arabic language proficiency is highly desirable.
