Job summary

Core Labs is seeking a Business Officer to support the smooth and efficient operation by managing end-to-end non-technical business and administrative operations. Working closely with Core Lab Directors, lab staff, and Shared Services, the role ensures operational continuity, compliance, and service excellence.

The Business Officer identifies risks, proposes practical solutions, and supports continuous improvement across multiple Core Labs, while also providing cover for other Business Officers

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end administrative and business operations for Core Labs, ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely execution.
• Coordinate with Core Lab Directors, Shared Services teams, and other stakeholders to support operational objectives and facilitate communication.
• Handle key administrative tasks including travel arrangements, onboarding, office logistics, and inventory management.
• Support recruitment processes by scheduling interviews, liaising with HR, and assisting with hiring workflows.
• Oversee procurement, shopping carts, reimbursements, invoices, and financial reporting while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare quotations, manage contracts with Legal, and maintain accurate business documentation.
• Identify operational risks, propose solutions, elevate decisions when needed, and support process improvements and SOP development.
