Emerson is seeking an Assembler 2 – Control Valves to join our manufacturing team in Saudi Arabia. You’ll assemble control valves and actuators, test them to specifications, and ensure traceability and quality through thorough documentation.

You will also support FAT activities and work within 5S/Lean practices. The role requires attention to detail, hands-on assembly skills, and the ability to read drawings.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in valve assembly and testing.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Assemble Control Valves, actuators, and accessories in accordance with drawings, procedures, and quality standards.
• Interpret and follow technical drawings, manuals, work instructions, and history cards.
• Perform mechanical, pneumatic, hydrostatic, and functional testing of valves and actuators.
• Install and verify nameplates, tags, and product identification for traceability.
• Maintain production documentation including Valve Test Records, Assembly Checklists, and Inspection Reports.
