Job summary

Siemens Energy in Saudi Arabia seeks a seasoned professional to lead Control, Digital Instrumentation (I&C), and Electrical projects from initiation to completion. You will manage long-term maintenance contracts, coordinate upgrades, and deliver tailored technical solutions to strengthen client relationships.

The role requires a solid track record in project lifecycle management, budgeting, and invoicing, with cybersecurity and digitalization awareness as core elements of the work.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, instrumentation & control, or industrial process engineering with PMP certification.
Minimum 5 years in the energy sector with hands-on Omnivise‑T3000 DCS operations, troubleshooting, and project execution.
Strong knowledge of I&C systems, electrical engineering principles, and power generation or oil & gas applications.
Experience in project lifecycle management, contract management, budgeting, cost control, invoicing, and LTP execution.
Excellent stakeholder communication, technical presentation, business development, digitalization and cybersecurity awareness; TÜV Functional Safety Engineer certification is a bonus.

Your day involves leading Control & Digital Instrumentation (I&C) and Electrical projects for gas power generation customers, acting as the primary point of contact to deliver technical solutions, manage project execution, and ensure quality, budget, and schedule compliance. You oversee project planning, troubleshooting, cost control, reporting, and long-term service contracts while driving customer satisfaction, supporting digitalization and cybersecurity initiatives, and identifying new business opportunities across the Middle East energy sector.

How You’ll Make An Impact

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Instrumentation & Control, or Industrial Process Engineering, with PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the energy sector with hands‑on expertise in Siemens Energy DCS Omnivise‑T3000 operations, troubleshooting, and project execution.
Strong knowledge of Control & Digital Instrumentation (I&C) systems, electrical engineering principles, and power generation or oil & gas applications.
Proven experience in project lifecycle management, contract management, budgeting, cost control, invoicing, and long-term maintenance program (LTP) execution.
Excellent stakeholder communication, technical presentation, business development, digitalization, cybersecurity awareness, and market analysis skills; TÜV Functional Safety Engineer certification is an advantage.
