Qualifications

• Degree or global equivalent in Business, Construction Management, Law, or related field; professional experience acceptable.
• 15+ years of relevant experience required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including management, colleagues, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Support the full contract lifecycle, including bid preparation, contract planning, award notifications, contract execution, and post-award administration.
• Assist in developing contracting strategies, contract plans, risk assessments, bid documents, standard templates, and project contracting plans.
• Coordinate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to maintain effective communication, ensure contract compliance, support project objectives, and enhance client satisfaction.
• Analyze contract-related issues, provide recommendations, prepare reports and presentations, prioritize assignments, and support milestone achievement and business goals.
