Job summary

You will oversee the contract lifecycle from drafting to archiving and coordinate with internal teams to meet contractual requirements.

The role requires a Law degree, SASL accreditation, and strong skills in auditing, reviewing, and confidentiality. Proficiency in MS Office is essential for documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• SASL accreditation.
• Good knowledge of legal principles and the drafting and review of contracts.
• Good skills in auditing, review, follow‑up, and organization.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
• Review contractual clauses and terms to define rights and obligations clearly.
• Follow the contract lifecycle from preparation and review through signing and archiving.
• Monitor contract expiration dates, renewals, and actions within timelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments and relevant parties to fulfill contractual requirements and notes.
• Organize and file contracts and related documents for easy retrieval.
• Prepare reports and monitor status of existing, expired, and nearing-expiration contracts.
• Support the Legal Department in contract-related tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of information, data, and documents.
