Job summary

Want More is seeking an Information Security Analyst for a contract role in Ar Rass, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will assess vulnerabilities, develop security policies, monitor networks, and respond to incidents to strengthen the organization’s security posture.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years in information security, with CISSP/CISM preferred. Accommodation is provided; visa is required for working in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in information security roles.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP or CISM are highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of network security protocols, tools and techniques such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption methods, etc.
• Experience with vulnerability scanning tools such as Nessus or Qualys.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security risks.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect against cyber threats.
• Monitor network traffic and system logs for any suspicious activity or breaches.
• Investigate security incidents and provide recommendations for remediation.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest security trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve our security posture.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure security best practices are followed throughout the organization.
