Zusammenfassung

Teef Najd Group seeks an experienced Contract Engineer with a strong Civil or Architectural Engineering background and extensive FIDIC contract experience. You will manage contractual matters across the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance and protecting the company’s rights.

You will support the project team in commercial matters, coordinate with multidisciplinary groups, and maintain registers for Contracts, Claims, Variations, and Correspondence on building, architectural, Fit-Out, and JV

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in construction/project contracts.
• Extensive practical experience in FIDIC contracts and contract administration.
• Strong knowledge of Claims Management, Variations, EOT, Delay Analysis, and Dispute Resolution.
• Experience working with contractors, consultants, clients, and project management teams.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, BOQs, schedules, and project documentation.
• Excellent contractual writing, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Primavera is an advantage.

• Administer and manage construction, Fit-Out, and JV contracts in accordance with contract requirements and project procedures.
• Strong practical knowledge and experience with FIDIC contracts, including Red, Yellow, and Silver Books.
• Review and interpret contracts, specifications, drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.
• Manage Variations, Claims, EOT, contractual notices, payment certificates, and final accounts.
• Evaluate contractor/subcontractor claims, variations, delays, and contractual entitlements.
• Identify contractual risks and support claims prevention, dispute resolution, and negotiations.
• Prepare and manage contractual correspondence, notices, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Planning, Cost Control, Procurement, and Legal teams.
• Maintain Contract, Claims, Variation, and Correspondence Registers.
• Provide contractual and commercial support throughout the project lifecycle, including building, architectural, Fit-Out, and JV projects.

Job Summary
