Red Hat Saudi Arabia Limited is seeking a Cloud Architect with strong OpenShift experience to join our Riyadh office. You will act as a subject‑matter expert in Red Hat’s infrastructure and cloud technologies, guiding on automation, reliability, and high availability while delivering on-site implementations across the region.

This role emphasizes leadership in delivery and deep knowledge of Red Hat solutions and DevOps practices.

About the Job

The Red Hat Consulting team is looking for a Cloud Architect with strong OpenShift experience to join us in our Riyadh’s Office, KSA. In this role, you will work as a subject‑matter expert in RedHat’s infrastructure and cloud technology. You'll answer questions about best practices around automation, reliability, scalability, maintainability, high availability, and failover setups and lead the on‑site delivery and implementation of RedHat’s technology that delivers freedom, flexibility, and outstanding performance. You will gain an understanding of our customers' infrastructures, and business issues and you will make recommendations appropriate to their environments. This is a great opportunity to build on your core base of knowledge and work in a fast‑paced environment promoting RedHat’s solutions. This position is open to Saudi nationals only.

What you will do

• Win the confidence of our customers through the successful delivery of discovery, analysis and design workshops that shape and influence the customer’s architecture design decisions to align with the RedHat solution.
• Lead consulting teams through successful customer pilot and production deployments, workload onboarding and ongoing lifecycle management.
• Work closely with product business units, product engineering, consulting, support, and sales to ensure a world‑class customer experience with RedHat’s products.
• Contribute to the development of repeatable methodologies and tools designed to scale RedHat’s services capabilities, promote repeatable customer engagements, and lower delivery risk.

What you will bring

• Prior experience working in consulting and architecture roles
• Good customer‑facing skills; ability to present to customers and lead customer interactions
• Excellent knowledge of infrastructure technologies on hands‑on delivery and architecture levels
• Experience implementing virtualization and container technologies in an enterprise setting and with enterprise‑wide deployments
• Knowledge of RedHat’s infrastructure solutions like RedHat OpenShift, RedHat Ansible Automation Platform and RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
• Experience onboarding applications and application teams onto cloud or container platforms introducing DevOps, continuous delivery (CD) and application lifecycle management
• Excellent written and verbal language skills in English
• Willingness to travel across the region up to 100%

The following is considered a plus

• Hand's on AI skills (models onboarding, LLM tunings, NVIDIA GPU and Networking).
• Architecting is a plus but can be learned on the job.
• RedHat Certifications are considered a plus.
• Experience with RedHat OpenShift Virtualization is considered a big plus.
