Dr soliman fakkeh hospital is seeking a physician to perform assessment and management of patients with adherence to evidence‑based standards and hospital bylaws. The role includes developing care plans, daily patient assessments, timely documentation, and discharge planning for inpatients under the physician's responsibility.
The candidate will participate in teaching rounds, contribute to process improvements, and educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments, while
Performs assessment and management of patients with an evidence-based approach, according to standards of care and in compliance with Fakeeh Care bylaws, policies, and procedures.
Performs clinical duties as per his/her assigned clinical privileges.
Assesses patients thoroughly (clinical, socioeconomic, psychological, and functional assessments) and documents the assessment in the medical record.
Develops a plan of care for patients using an evidence-based approach and following standards of care, documenting the plan in the medical record.
Ensures that the patient’s plan of care, put in place by him/her, is implemented in a timely manner.
Becomes the most responsible physician (MRP) for inpatients admitted under his/her name.
For inpatients admitted under his/her name, develops a discharge plan on the day of admission and involves the discharge‑planning service as early as possible if warranted.
Assesses inpatients admitted under his/her name at least once daily and ensures documentation of daily assessment and plan of care in daily progress notes using the SOAP format.
Responds to medical consultations in a timely manner.
Documents medical interventions performed on patients in a timely manner.
Strictly follows Fakeeh Care standards for documentation in medical records.
Responsible for timely completion and authentication of discharge summaries for patients admitted under his/her name, and for ensuring that indicated discharge instructions and education on take‑home medications are provided prior to discharge.
Attends to Fakeeh Health Care facility duties and responds to calls from the facility as per the departmental/section call schedule.
Attends departmental and general staff meetings and contributes ideas for improving efficiency, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
Responsible for writing medical reports of his/her patients in a timely manner and in the Fakeeh Care format.
Contributes to teaching rounds and teaching activities as requested by the chairperson of the medical department.
Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventative measures.
Other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibility and requirements of the job.

Adhering to and upholding Fakeeh Care’s code of conduct, policies, and ethical standards.
Completion of mandatory education as per the requirement, at least one month prior to expiration.
Must be able to clearly communicate with patients and their families, physicians, and non‑medical staff.
Should have good organizational skills and be able to work in high‑stress situations.
Completion of experience according to the regional health regulatory authority (as mentioned in education) within the field of specialty, in recognized medical centers.
Completion of structured training in the field of specialty or subspecialty in a recognized medical center, and obtaining the highest clinical degree in that field of specialty that can be granted by that medical center.
Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority (e.g., SCFHS / DHA), BLS, and advanced license if applicable.
Completion of experience according to the regional health regulatory authority within the field of specialty, in recognized medical centers.
Completion of structured training in the field of specialty or subspecialty in a recognized medical center, and obtaining the highest clinical degree in that field of specialty that can be granted by that medical center.
Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority (e.g., SCFHS / DHA), BLS, and advanced license if applicable.
