Role

We are seeking a Consultant to join a growing Human Capital Advisory team based onsite in Riyadh. The role focuses on supporting the design, analysis, and implementation of HR and reward solutions that strengthen organisational effectiveness and employee engagement. This position offers exposure to diverse consulting projects, client interaction, and the opportunity to develop expertise across multiple areas of human capital strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of tailored HR and rewards solutions, including job evaluation, pay benchmarking, grading frameworks, and incentive design.
  • Support client presentations and develop materials tailored to HR leaders, committees, and boards.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform recommendations and ensure data accuracy and relevance.
  • Assist in managing consulting projects, helping ensure deliverables meet timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
  • Build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams, demonstrating professionalism and initiative.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal preparation and participation in rewards‑related surveys.
  • Support workshops, training sessions, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives to deliver insights on market trends.
  • Collaborate across teams and practices to deliver integrated and innovative client solutions.
Key Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, HR, Engineering, or a related field from a recognised university.
  • Experience in human capital or rewards consulting, ideally within a professional services or corporate advisory environment.
  • Exposure to executive compensation, incentive design, or HR transformation projects is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and report‑writing skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Skilled in data analysis, problem‑solving, and project coordination.
  • Confident presenter with the ability to engage with clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborative and proactive team player who enjoys building relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is preferred.
