Qiddiya is seeking a senior leader to provide strategic direction for Security and Logistics across construction, infrastructure, and project activities. The role encompasses governance, day-to-day operations, incident management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure safe and uninterrupted project delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in security operations, construction security, logistics, or major project environments.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and service providers.
• Experience supporting large-scale construction, infrastructure, or giga-project developments.
• Proven experience managing outsourced security contracts and third-party logistics providers.
• Experience in emergency response, crisis management, and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead security operations across construction zones, project areas, and logistics routes.
• Oversee command center coordination, access control, permits, and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and operating standards.
• Manage security service providers, guard forces, and specialized contractors.
• Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and project security plans.
• Drive governance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with government authorities, emergency services, and vendors.
• Maintain budgets, KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
