Job summary

Guardian Secure Services in Jizan is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of projects in the region, ensuring compliance with local codes, safety standards, and quality expectations.

You will coordinate budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications, reading blueprints and technical drawings, while managing multiple projects from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a construction project manager.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of the construction process.
• Manage budgets and ensure projects stay within budget constraints.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Prepare and review contracts, change orders, and other project documentation.
• Hire and manage subcontractors as needed.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed on job sites.
• Maintain accurate project records and reports.
