Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years as Construction Project Manager.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Proficient with Primavera or MS Project.
• Willingness for international travel (biometric passport may be required).

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and timelines with clients and team members.
• Manage project budgets and ensure completion within budget constraints.
