Responsibilities

We are seeking a senior Construction Manager with at least 15 years of overall construction experience, including a minimum of five years in a Construction Manager position. The successful candidate must have hands‑on sheet piling experience, recent contracting experience in Saudi Arabia, and previous experience working on Saudi Aramco projects. The role involves leading site execution, managing construction teams and heavy equipment, coordinating lifting operations, and ensuring work complies with approved engineering specifications, project schedules, quality requirements, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should be capable of coordinating multiple site teams, subcontractors, heavy equipment, and construction resources while maintaining safety, quality, and project schedules.

Compensation Package

Single Status: SAR 15,000–19,000 per month, total package. Family Status: SAR 16,000–20,000 per month, total package, subject to family relocation and applicable Saudi residency arrangements. The final compensation package will depend on the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, and suitability. Package components and family-status eligibility will be confirmed during the recruitment process.

Project Location

The position is based at Juaymah Pier, Saudi Arabia, on a major marine infrastructure project. Candidates must have the relevant construction management experience, hands‑on sheet piling expertise, Saudi Arabia contracting background, and previous Saudi Aramco project experience.
