Brainstorm Human Resources Consultants in Saudi Arabia seeks a senior Construction Manager to lead sheet piling and heavy civil works at Juaymah Pier. You will manage site teams, plan sequences, and ensure compliance with SAES/GI standards and Aramco requirements.

Candidates must have 15+ years in construction, five+ years as a Construction Manager, hands-on sheet piling experience, and Saudi contracting background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of overall construction experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in a Construction Manager position.
• Recent contracting experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience in sheet piling construction.
• Previous experience working on Saudi Aramco projects.
• Working knowledge of SAES/GI standards, safety requirements, and approval procedures.
• Experience managing heavy construction equipment and lifting operations.
• Strong written English communication skills for project reporting and client correspondence.
• Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead sheet piling construction activities in accordance with drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
• Oversee marine infrastructure and heavy civil construction works, including sheet piling installation and site operations.
• Manage site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and construction teams to achieve milestones.
• Plan construction sequences, manpower deployment, equipment utilization, and material requirements.
• Supervise heavy construction equipment and lifting operations per lifting plans and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with client representatives, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain construction quality via method statements, inspections, and quality procedures.
• Review drawings, method statements, and technical documentation relevant to site execution.
• Prepare progress reports, maintain site records, and manage project correspondence.
• Promote safe working practices across heavy civil, marine construction, and lifting activities.
