Job summary

PageGroup's client is seeking a senior construction PM for on-site leadership of civil, electrical, mechanical and architectural works on high-rise towers in the Kingdom. You will coordinate discipline engineers, manage manpower and resources, and ensure drawings, schedule, budget and safety standards are met.

The role requires strong site supervision experience on towers/high-rise projects, ability to work with project stakeholders, and to report progress to the Project Director.

Qualifications

• 15 years experience overall.
• Practical capability in overseeing construction activities across towers/high-rise projects.
• Experience coordinating site operations, schedules and day-to-day construction work.
• Ability to monitor project progress and respond to site delivery requirements.
• Knowledge of planning labour, materials and equipment for construction activity.
• Ability to maintain accurate construction records and provide clear project updates.
• Experience working with project stakeholders to coordinate construction requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction operations across all disciplines on site.
• Manage and coordinate the Senior and Junior discipline engineers, ensuring works are executed per drawings, schedule, budget and safety standards.
• Act as the primary interface between the Project Director and the site engineering teams, escalating critical issues and decisions as required.
• Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and resources across work fronts to meet the project schedule.
• Monitor construction progress against the master schedule and drive corrective actions for delays or under-performance.
• Ensure formal site work inspections are carried out at all required construction stages prior to sign-off and progression.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary work sequencing and resolve site-level conflicts between disciplines.
• Oversee direct labor crews and/or subcontractors engaged in construction works, ensuring productivity and workmanship standards are met.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality/safety teams to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
• Report construction progress, risks, and issues to the Project Director on a regular basis.
