Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee the planning budgeting and execution of construction projects in Medina Saudi Arabia As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for managing the entire construction process from start to finish ensuring that projects are completed on time within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all phases of construction projects from initial conception to final completion


• Develop project schedules and allocate resources accordingly


• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for construction projects


• Monitor project progress and ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget


• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards


• Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process


• Prepare regular progress reports for management and clients

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field


• Proven experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region


• Knowledge of construction methods materials equipment and safety regulations


• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


• Excellent communication skills in English Arabic proficiency is a plus


• Indian nationality is preferred due to visa restrictions

Salary

1300 USD per month
