As a Compound General Manageryou will be responsible for overseeing all operations within the compound, ensuring efficient management of facilities, community services, and resident activities. The role involves supervising daily operations, coordinating maintenance and service teams, managing budgets, and enhancing the overall community experience.

Key Accountabilities

The position involves:

  • Manage all compound facilities, including maintenance, security, landscaping, and housekeeping.
  • Oversee community activities and ensure a vibrant and engaging environment for residents.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure high standards of service and safety.
  • Coordinate with service providers and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
  • Handle residents’ inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction and quick resolution.
  • Monitor budgets, control operational costs, and prepare performance reports.
  • Lead community development initiatives and enhance communication between management and residents.
