Job summary

NOVOMED is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide safe, compassionate care in Saudi Arabia. The role requires MOH registration, a nursing degree or diploma, and strong communication within a multidisciplinary team.

In-person clinical responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, documentation, and patient education. English proficiency and adherence to safety protocols are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid SCFHS professional classification and registration as a Registered Nurse, or eligibility to obtain it.
• Valid nursing license/registration from the country of previous practice, where applicable.
• Clinical experience appropriate to the position.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and monitor vital signs and clinical condition.
• Administer medications and treatments safely.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Assist doctors and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Perform wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, and other nursing procedures within scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment, medications, and health promotion.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and elevate concerns promptly.
• Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and medication-safety protocols.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and participate in resuscitation procedures.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards.
• Participate in quality improvement, audits, continuing education, and professional development.
