Job summary

Sanabil Studio in Riyadh invites ambitious Co‑op and Tamheer trainees to learn in fast‑moving startup environments, gaining hands‑on exposure across product, operations, marketing, finance, data, design, and more. You’ll work across ventures, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to real projects from day one.

You’ll receive mentorship, exposure to a Saudi startup ecosystem, and opportunities for future full‑time roles based on performance.

Qualifications

• You are eligible for a Co‑op training program or Tamheer program, or a fresh graduate.
• You are curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a startup environment.
• You enjoy solving problems and adapting to fast-changing priorities.
• You have English communication and collaboration skills – STEP 85+ or IELTS 5.5+.
• You are interested in startups, technology, AI, fintech, SaaS, or venture building.
• Bonus: experience in student clubs, side projects, internships, entrepreneurship programs, or content creation.

We are looking for ambitious Co‑op and Tamheer trainees who are excited to learn in fast‑moving startup environments and gain hands‑on exposure across a variety of fields and functions.

This opportunity may be within Sanabil Studio itself or across one of the studio's portfolio ventures, depending on the candidate's background and interests.
