Qualificações

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field.
• Professional certifications in Property Management or Facilities Management are an advantage.
• 2-5 years of experience in community management, facilities management, property inspection, municipal inspection, or related fields.
• Experience within residential communities, mixed-use developments, hospitality destinations, or real estate projects preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular inspections of residential, commercial and common areas to identify violations.
• Monitor compliance with policies and regulations; document violations.
• Engage with residents and coordinate with management and contractors.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain records; capture photographic evidence.
• Identify health, safety, and environmental hazards and support corrective actions.
