Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of residential, commercial, and common areas.
• Identify violations of community rules, standards, landscaping, parking, and safety.
• Monitor facilities to ensure maintenance to required standards.
• Report defects and maintenance needs to relevant departments.
• Ensure compliance with municipal regulations and environmental rules.
• Document violations and initiate corrective actions.
• Prepare inspection reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Maintain records of inspections, findings, and resolutions.
