Responsibilities

• Gathers, measures, mixes, and prepares meal ingredients, sauces, and seasoning.
• Washes, peels, and chops vegetables, fruits, and meat as applicable.
• Marinates and seasons meats with established recipes and guidelines.
• Prepares salads and sauces with attention to detail and presentation.
• Follows plating guides and exact specifications for dishes.
• Ensures food items are stocked properly in refrigerators and freezers.
• Documents kitchen inventory and notifies supervisors of low stock.
