About the Role

The Commercial Buyer will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to secure the best products and pricing.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct market research to identify new and trending products in your assigned category aligned with our customer base and business goals.
  2. Source and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.
  4. Negotiate competitive pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
  5. Monitor supplier performance and ensure contractual adherence.
  6. Generate reports on supplier performance, pricing trends, and purchasing activity.
  7. Collaborate with data analysts to derive insights from purchasing data to inform strategies.

What will make you successful:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a commercial buyer or procurement role within e-commerce or retail.
  • Previous experience in the Saudi market.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
